2. Data processed when you visit
When you access the site, hosting and security systems may process IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser and device information, and diagnostic data. This is used to deliver the site, maintain security and investigate errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Enquiries and contracts
When you use the contact form, email or telephone, we process the details you provide, such as name, business contact details, company, service interests and message. Processing is necessary to respond to pre-contractual enquiries and perform contracts under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, to meet legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c), and for legitimate business communication under Article 6(1)(f).
4. Shopify
This website is operated using Shopify. Shopify and its service providers process information needed to host the storefront, protect it, operate forms and provide platform functions. Depending on configuration and visitor location, processing may take place outside the European Economic Area using legally recognised transfer safeguards. More information is available in Shopify's privacy documentation.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Strictly necessary cookies may be used to deliver functions you request, maintain security, remember privacy choices and operate the storefront. Access to or storage of information on your device that is not strictly necessary will occur only after consent where required by Section 25 TDDDG and the GDPR. You can use the site's privacy controls to accept, reject or withdraw optional consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
6. Recipients
Data may be shared with hosting, communication, payment, analytics, security and professional service providers only as needed for their tasks, under appropriate contractual and confidentiality safeguards. Data may also be disclosed where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
7. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond and, where a contract follows, for the contract relationship and applicable statutory retention periods. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations. Consent records are retained as needed to demonstrate compliance. Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer required unless a legal duty or claim requires continued retention.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR's conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your situation. Contact contact@devstructure.site to exercise these rights.
9. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. For private-sector organisations in Bavaria, the relevant authority is generally the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
