Delivery Policy
Last updated: 13 September 2026
DevStructure supplies professional and digital services. We do not ship physical goods unless a written order expressly states otherwise.
How services are delivered
Deliverables may include consultations, workflow configurations, software integrations, source code, documentation, reports, dashboards, access credentials and support. Delivery takes place by email, secure file transfer, repository access, deployment to agreed systems, remote meeting or another method stated in the proposal or order.
Delivery timing
Estimated start dates, milestones and completion dates are stated in the applicable proposal, order confirmation or project plan. Recurring services generally begin after payment confirmation and receipt of the access and information needed to perform the service.
Customer dependencies
Delivery dates depend on timely access to systems, approvals, content, test data and decisions from the customer. If these are delayed, the delivery schedule may move accordingly. We will communicate material delays and provide a revised estimate.
Acceptance and issues
Please review deliverables within the review period stated in the project documents, or otherwise within a reasonable time, and report reproducible issues to contact@devstructure.site. We will address items that fall within the agreed scope.
Service area
Remote services are available internationally where legally and operationally possible. On-site work, if agreed, may involve separate travel costs and scheduling terms.
